Use 1 heaping tsp turmeric powder if you don’t have fresh turmeric
Ginger (grated) – 1 tbsp
Amla or Indian gooseberry (grated) – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 medium lemons
Sugar – 3/4 cup
